We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here's how it works:

Return window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How to return

Items are returned by mail. Once your return is approved, we'll arrange the return for you — the return shipping cost will be adjusted from your refund amount.

What you'll get back

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund. The refund will be issued after the return shipping cost is deducted.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• Please include your order number so we can process the return quickly.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right.
